ValueGen Systems has made strategic investments in a number of small software product and services companies in India and plans to build a portfolio of companies by providing them strategic direction, by bringing in financial and other resources for growth and through mentoring.

Pradeep Palazhi has held Senior and Executive Management Positions including C.E.O, C.O.O ,C.T.O, C.S.O and other Senior Executive Management positions at Various technology companies in USA and India for over 20 years. Pradeep has owned and operated a strategic consulting firm providing growth and turnaround planning and execution for software product and SAAS companies and in M&A transactions of such companies. Pradeep serves on the Director Boards of several software product, SAAS and services companies and is involved in strategic and execution oriented roles in startup, operations and turnaround situations in various companies, Pradeep has extensive experience in Strategy, Operations, Marketing and Sales and Technology.
